INGREDIENTS:
6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup milk
6 slices Swiss cheese
2 cups herb stuffing, crushed or Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 cup butter
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray. In baking dish, layer the chicken breasts, soup and water.
Top each breast with a slice of Swiss cheese, and then top it all with the breadcrumbs. Cut the butter into pads and place them
over the top of the casserole.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes. Let cool and
serve.
