Ranch Cheese Ball

This is a very easy recipe.  I think it tastes best if it is allowed to blend the flavors overnight.  It makes a lot of cheeseball.  You could easily cut the recipe in half.

Ingredients:
2 (8 ounce) packages of fat free cream cheese, softened
1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
2 1/2 cups shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans

Directions:
In a medium size bowl, mash the cream cheese. Mix the dressing mix and the Mozzarella into the cream cheese. (I mixed mine with beaters for about 2 minutes) Shape the mixture into a ball. Roll the ball in the chopped nuts. Refrigerate covered until ready to serve.
(quick tip: right after you roll it in the pecans, roll it up in saran wrap. You can even shape it better once the nuts are on it.)
